Services and Controlling Agreements

Treasure World Prep Center provides prep, storage, fulfillment, and related logistics services and is operated by Treasure World Inc.

Service scope, pricing, and limitations may be defined by this website, a confirmed quote, a work order, or a signed client agreement. If a signed client agreement or confirmed work order contains different or special terms, that agreement or work order controls for that client.

Onboarding and Verification

Clients must provide accurate and verifiable U.S. company information. Required information may include the legal company name, business address, EIN or registration information, details for an authorized U.S.-based signer, and a valid government-issued photo ID.

Submitting information or signing an agreement does not guarantee onboarding approval. Inventory must not be sent until verification and onboarding approval are complete and inbound instructions have been confirmed.

Shipping Labels and Fraud

• Shipping labels must be legally purchased and valid. Treasure World Prep Center may request proof of purchase.
• Counterfeit, stolen, altered, duplicated, reused, or otherwise fraudulent shipping labels are prohibited.
• Suspected violations may result in processing being stopped, inventory being held, additional documentation being requested, or the account being suspended or terminated.
• Suspected fraud may be reported to USPS, the U.S. Postal Inspection Service, the relevant carrier, or law enforcement.
• The client is responsible for resulting losses, penalties, chargebacks, shipping fees, and claims.

Product Restrictions

• Treasure World Prep Center does not accept chemicals or hazardous materials, canned soda, illegal, stolen, or counterfeit goods, leaking or unsafe products, or liquid items over 2 lb without prior written approval.
• Bottled soda is permitted only as a six-pack with a total package weight of 10 lb or less.
• Treasure World Prep Center may reject any item that creates legal, safety, carrier, or warehouse risk.

Dietary Supplements

Treasure World Prep Center applies a zero-tolerance policy to counterfeit, unauthorized, or unverifiable dietary supplements. Supplements sourced directly from China or other overseas suppliers are not accepted.

• Dietary supplements require valid invoices showing legal purchase from a U.S.-based manufacturer or an authorized U.S. distributor.
• Non-compliant inventory may be refused, rejected, held, returned at the client’s expense, or disposed of when legally permitted.
• Suspected counterfeit products may be reported to relevant authorities.

Inventory Ownership and Documentation

Clients confirm that their inventory is legally owned or authorized for sale, authentic, legally sourced, and compliant with applicable U.S., carrier, and marketplace requirements.

Treasure World Prep Center may request invoices, receipts, purchase orders, or other proof of ownership and source.

Storage

Storage availability, rates, limits, and handling follow the public Pricing page, a confirmed quote, a work order, or a signed client agreement.

Payments

• Payments are due every Sunday.
• If the full balance is not paid, orders will not ship the following week until the account is paid.
• A 5% late fee applies when a balance remains unpaid for one full week after its due date.
• Individual invoices or signed agreements may contain additional payment details.

Shipping and Fulfillment

Processing and shipment handling follow the confirmed work order and client instructions. Treasure World Prep Center is not responsible for carrier delays or damage, customs issues, inaccurate client information, marketplace suspensions, or events outside its reasonable control.

Account Holds, Suspension and Termination

Orders or inventory may be held, and accounts may be suspended or terminated, for suspected fraud, counterfeit goods, invalid labels, missing documentation, unpaid balances, false information, illegal activity, safety violations, or government or carrier requests.

Client Responsibilities and Liability

• Clients are responsible for product legality, addresses, documents, labels, marketplace and carrier compliance, taxes, duties, claims, penalties, and chargebacks.
• Clients should maintain appropriate insurance for their goods.

Intellectual Property

Website content, branding, and materials owned by Treasure World Inc. in its operation of Treasure World Prep Center may not be copied or reproduced without permission, except as allowed by law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Illinois, United States, subject to applicable law and any controlling signed client agreement.
